Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive opening and closing procedures for the weekend shift to ensure security and operational readiness.
- Manage inventory levels by restocking shelves, organizing the stockroom, and conducting cycle counts.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting shoppers, answering inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently.
- Maintain the visual standards of the store, ensuring displays are clean, organized, and appealing to customers.
- Process transactions accurately at the point of sale and handle cash handling procedures according to company policy.
- Collaborate with the weekday management team to communicate sales trends and operational needs.
- Assist in the preparation of weekly sales reports and stock orders as directed.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends, including Saturdays and Sundays, with consistent shift availability.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Experience: Previous experience in retail, logistics, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory; we value a strong work ethic.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, walk frequently, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
