Responsibilities
- Execute daily operational workflows including receiving, processing, and shipping orders accurately and efficiently.
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure data accuracy and stock integrity.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist in troubleshooting minor equipment issues and escalating complex problems to the supervisor.
- Collaborate with the weekday team to ensure seamless handovers and operational continuity.
- Adhere to all quality assurance protocols and safety regulations at all times.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; some college or technical certification preferred.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with inventory management software.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
