Responsibilities
- Perform accurate inventory counts and stock replenishment to ensure warehouse accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in compliance with safety protocols.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and verify accuracy against packing slips.
- Collaborate with the Monday-Friday operations team to coordinate workflow and resolve any weekend discrepancies.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area in adherence to OSHA standards.
- Enter data into warehouse management systems (WMS) efficiently and with high attention to detail.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks, ensuring timely delivery schedules are met.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or inventory management is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods on concrete surfaces.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow complex instructions.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse software is a plus.
- Must be available to work weekends, specifically Saturday and Sunday shifts.
