Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Execute daily stock counts and manage inbound/outbound inventory with precision to ensure accuracy levels exceed 99%.
- Equipment Handling: Safely operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for defects and ensure all items meet our high-quality standards before dispatch.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the weekday shift team to transfer materials and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe 5S work environment at all times.
- Documentation: Accurately complete necessary paperwork and digital logs for audit compliance.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in warehouse operations or logistics is preferred.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday, plus occasional overtime during peak seasons.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
