Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently to load, unload, and stage shipments.
- Verify incoming and outgoing inventory accuracy using warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Perform physical tasks including picking, packing, scanning, and labeling orders for shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with the shift lead to ensure timely fulfillment of daily production goals.
- Assist in the preparation of shipping documents and quality control checks.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred.
- Current forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days) is a plus.
- Ability to work a rotating weekend schedule (Saturday and Sunday) as required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
