Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage and prioritize incoming support tickets using remote diagnostic tools.
- Ensure high availability and security of systems during weekend operations.
- Document all interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the full-time support team to escalate complex issues efficiently.
- Perform routine system maintenance and security patching.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or customer service.
- Proficiency in Windows 10/11 and strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with remote support tools (e.g., TeamViewer, AnyDesk, LogMeIn).
- Ability to troubleshoot printers, Wi-Fi connectivity, and basic network errors.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
