Responsibilities
- Manage weekend front-of-house operations including staff scheduling and performance monitoring
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences through personalized service and problem resolution
- Oversee inventory management and stock replenishment for weekend peak hours
- Train and mentor weekend staff on service standards and compliance procedures
- Coordinate with kitchen and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations
- Handle cash management and POS reconciliation during weekend shifts
- Implement health and safety protocols consistently across all weekend activities
Qualifications
- Previous supervisory experience in hospitality or retail environment
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays exclusively
- Valid UK work permit and right to work authorization
- Basic food hygiene certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficiency in reservation systems and POS technology
