- Provide local recommendations and assistance to enhance guest experiences

- Upsell premium services and amenities to maximize guest satisfaction
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Proficiency in property management systems
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work weekends (Fri-Sun) and flexible hours
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Must be 21+ due to alcohol service requirements
