Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences during weekend check-in/check-out processes
- Manage premium room inventory and coordinate housekeeping services
- Execute upselling strategies for premium suites and concierge services
- Resolve guest inquiries using CRM systems and local knowledge
- Maintain meticulous standards for public area presentation
- Collaborate with valet and security teams for seamless operations
- Process payments and manage POS transactions accurately
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Availability for Friday-Sunday shifts (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM)
- Proficiency with Opera PMS or similar hospitality software
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Valid DC hospitality certification preferred
- Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency a plus
- Must pass background check and drug screening
