Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service across all resort amenities including pools, restaurants, and entertainment venues
- Manage check-in/check-out processes for weekend guests with efficiency and professionalism
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly, maintaining high satisfaction standards
- Execute weekend event setups and breakdowns for special promotions
- Monitor resort facilities during peak weekend hours, ensuring safety and comfort
- Process cash transactions and maintain accurate financial documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students encouraged to apply
- Minimum 1 year customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Flexible availability including Friday evenings, Saturdays, and Sundays
- Strong communication skills with ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
- Basic computer proficiency and POS system knowledge
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Nevada Gaming License or ability to obtain within 30 days
