Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service at resort amenities and check-in desks
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures
- Assist with event setup and guest inquiries during peak weekend hours
- Maintain pristine facility standards and safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
- Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and empathy
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or hospitality experience
- Flexible availability for weekends (Saturday/Sunday) and holidays
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Basic cash handling and POS system proficiency
- Ability to work efficiently in high-energy environments
- Nevada Gaming License preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Must be 21+ years old
