Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests with exceptional hospitality during weekend check-ins/check-outs
- Manage reservation systems and optimize room assignments for weekend occupancy
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure flawless guest experiences
- Handle guest inquiries with local expertise on New Orleans attractions and events
- Maintain immaculate lobby and common areas during high weekend traffic
- Process payments and resolve billing discrepancies efficiently
- Execute weekend event setups and VIP guest preparations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- 1+ years in customer service or hospitality role
- Weekend availability required (Fri-Sun evenings/nights)
- Proficient in hotel management software (Opera, Cloudbeds)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours and lift 30 lbs
- Deep knowledge of New Orleans culture and attractions
