Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or hospitality experience
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Fri-Sun, 7am-11pm)
- Proficient in reservation management systems (e.g., Opera, Amadeus)

- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Basic knowledge of Washington DC attractions and transportation
- Valid driver's license required for valet duties
