Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service during weekend shifts (Friday-Sunday)
- Manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently using hotel software
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues, and anticipate needs
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Support event setup and weekend group accommodations
- Uphold brand standards through cleanliness and attention to detail
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Weekend availability (Friday, Saturday, Sunday shifts)
- Proficiency with reservation systems (e.g., Opera, Sabre)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of Boston attractions and transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent required
