Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service across front desk, concierge, and valet operations during weekend shifts
- Manage check-in/check-out processes with precision and warmth
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to resolve guest requests promptly
- Execute weekend event setup and VIP guest preparations
- Maintain detailed guest preference profiles for personalized experiences
- Handle cash and payment transactions accurately
- Uphold brand standards and safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year luxury hospitality or high-end customer service experience
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Friday-Sunday) plus holiday periods
- Proficiency in Opera PMS and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record (for valet duties)
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours and lift 25 lbs
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- TABC certification required (provided if needed)
