Responsibilities
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of event venues, including furniture arrangement, signage, and decorations.
- Greet and direct guests warmly to ensure a positive first impression.
- Manage ticketing, registration, and check-in processes efficiently under pressure.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of event spaces throughout the shift.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the event coordination team to ensure operational standards are met.
Qualifications
- Must have reliable transportation to event locations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a recurring basis.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Previous experience in hospitality, event staffing, or customer service is preferred but not required.
