Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend events including corporate functions and private parties at Strip venues
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure seamless setup/teardown operations
- Oversee guest registration, flow, and experience optimization during events
- Handle client communications and resolve any issues with professionalism
- Maintain detailed event documentation and post-event analytics
- Collaborate with security and venue staff for safety compliance
- Execute last-minute adjustments with calm efficiency
Qualifications
- 2+ years in event coordination or hospitality management
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Friday-Sunday)
- Proficiency with event management software (e.g., Cvent, Eventbrite)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Nevada gaming license or willingness to obtain immediately
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods during events
- Knowledge of Las Vegas venue regulations and safety protocols
