Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding guest service during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun)
- Handle guest inquiries, check-ins/check-outs, and reservation management
- Process payments using POS systems and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Assist with weekend inventory management and supply stocking
- Uphold brand standards through cleanliness and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Availability to work Saturday and Sunday shifts (6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with basic computer systems and POS software
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Valid Arizona driver's license (if required for errands)
