Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service in-person and via phone during weekend hours (Saturday-Sunday)
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit operations
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment during weekend shifts
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalations with professionalism and problem-solving skills
- Collaborate with weekend team members to maintain store presentation and cleanliness
- Participate in weekend sales promotions and product knowledge initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- 1+ years retail or customer service experience
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday, 6 AM - 10 PM)
- Strong communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Basic math skills and cash handling experience
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods during weekend shifts
