Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional in-person customer service during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun 10AM-6PM)
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Manage inventory and stock displays according to visual standards
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Execute floor recovery and cleanliness standards throughout shift
- Participate in weekend sales events and promotional activities
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or retail experience required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced weekend environments
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with POS technology
- Flexibility to work alternating weekends as needed
- Valid CA driver's license (for potential off-site events)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday 10AM-6PM)
