Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional in-person customer service during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun)
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems
- Manage inventory and stock shelves during off-peak hours
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism
- Collaborate with weekend team to maintain store standards
- Support visual merchandising and store presentation
- Assist with opening/closing procedures as scheduled
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years customer service or retail experience preferred
- Availability to work all weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Basic proficiency with retail technology systems
