Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service across multiple sales channels including in-store, phone, and live chat
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling standards
- Manage inventory counts and restock merchandise during weekend shifts
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Collaborate with weekend team members to maintain store presentation standards
- Assist with visual merchandising and promotional displays
- Participate in weekend inventory audits and loss prevention protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm)
- Strong conflict resolution and communication skills
- Basic proficiency with POS systems and retail software
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Washington State driver's license preferred
- Flexible schedule availability including holiday weekends
