Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service across all touchpoints including check-ins, inquiries, and conflict resolution
- Manage weekend reservation systems and optimize seating arrangements for high-volume periods
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence during weekend shifts
- Maintain accurate guest records and update internal systems in real-time
- Implement upselling strategies to enhance revenue while maintaining guest satisfaction
- Conduct thorough venue inspections and report maintenance needs immediately
- Train weekend staff on brand standards and service protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in fast-paced environment
- Exceptional communication skills with polished British English proficiency
- Advanced knowledge of reservation systems (e.g., Opera, Guestline)
- Strong problem-solving abilities with calm demeanor under pressure
- Valid UK work authorization and weekend availability (Sat/Sun 9AM-6PM)
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and digital payment processing
- Proven ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail
- Food hygiene certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
