- Provide in-person and remote customer support during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun 8AM-6PM)
- Process high-volume transactions using POS systems with 99% accuracy
- Resolve product inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues for premium electronics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Maintain organized product displays and inventory management systems
- Document customer feedback and escalate complex issues to management
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students preferred
- 1+ years customer service or retail experience
- Proficiency with POS systems (Square, Shopify) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and conflict resolution abilities
- Weekend availability mandatory (Saturday and Sunday)
- Valid California driver's license (for occasional inventory runs)
