Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding in-store customer service during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun 8am-6pm)
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Resolve customer inquiries with empathy and product knowledge
- Support inventory management and visual merchandising tasks
- Collaborate with weekend team to maintain store cleanliness and organization
- Assist with weekend promotions and special event execution
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or retail experience preferred
