Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and live chat during weekend shifts.
- Efficiently resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Document all customer interactions accurately and thoroughly in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex problems and ensure timely resolution.
- Educate customers on product features, services, and company policies.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and contribute to process improvements.
- Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to address a wide range of customer needs.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent; some college experience preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a customer service, retail, or hospitality role.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to empathize with customers and de-escalate challenging situations.
- Proficiency with CRM software and general computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Reliable attendance and punctuality for scheduled weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote or office setting.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and reside in the San Francisco Bay Area.
