As a Weekend Warehouse Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining our high standards of efficiency, safety, and accuracy during peak operational hours. You will lead a team of associates, ensuring that all logistics processes run smoothly from Friday evening through Sunday evening.

Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all warehouse operations during the weekend shift, ensuring timely processing of orders and inventory accuracy.
- Lead, train, and mentor a diverse team of warehouse associates to maintain high productivity and morale.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance to create a secure working environment for all staff.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the logistics team to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
- Conduct shift briefings and performance reviews to address operational issues and recognize top performers.
- Manage equipment maintenance and report any facility or machinery issues immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Logistics or Business preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a warehouse supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control procedures.
- Proven ability to work weekends (Friday–Sunday) on a rotating or fixed schedule.
- Valid Forklift Certification is a plus.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a focus on safety and efficiency.
