Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of warehouse associates to ensure high productivity and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts.
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate logistics and transportation schedules to meet delivery deadlines.
- Manage equipment maintenance and order new supplies as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in warehouse supervision or logistics management.
- Valid forklift operator certification and material handling equipment knowledge.
