Responsibilities
- Manage 10-15 warehouse staff including scheduling, training, and performance reviews
- Oversee inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping/receiving processes
- Implement and maintain OSHA safety protocols and workplace standards
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflow for maximum efficiency
- Collaborate with logistics team to meet delivery timelines
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and maintenance coordination
- Generate performance reports and operational metrics for leadership review
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics or distribution
- Forklift certification and equipment operation proficiency
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (WMS experience preferred)
- OSHA safety certification or equivalent training
- Excellent problem-solving and team leadership abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends during peak seasons
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory software
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree a plus
