Responsibilities
- Accurately picking and packing orders for delivery to our diverse client base.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment at all times.
- Conducting regular stock checks and inventory audits to ensure accuracy.
- Operating warehouse machinery (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently in compliance with safety regulations.
- Adhering strictly to all health and safety policies and company procedures.
- Assisting with the loading and unloading of delivery vehicles as required.
- Collaborating effectively with the team to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics setting is preferred but not essential; we provide full training.
- Ability to work well within a team and independently with minimal supervision.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy items (up to 25kg) repetitively.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy.
- Reliable transport to reach the Washington site.
- Basic computer literacy is an advantage but not a requirement.
- Must be willing to undergo a background check.
