As a key player in our fulfillment center, you'll gain hands-on experience with industry-leading inventory systems, safety protocols, and team coordination. No prior warehouse experience required – we provide paid training and development programs to help you succeed.
Responsibilities
- Manage inventory receiving, storage, and order fulfillment processes
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with OSHA-compliant safety standards
- Coordinate with transportation teams for efficient loading/unloading of shipments
- Maintain accurate inventory records using WMS software systems
- Implement lean principles to optimize warehouse workflows
- Train new team members on operational procedures
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and maintenance reports
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree not required)
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new technologies
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Experience with warehouse management systems a plus
