Responsibilities
- Supervise 15+ team members across receiving, storage, and shipping departments
- Optimize inventory control systems to achieve 99.5% accuracy
- Implement lean warehousing principles to reduce operational costs
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain zero-accident safety protocols
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics with transportation and procurement teams
- Analyze KPIs and develop data-driven improvement strategies
- Train staff on new equipment and warehouse management software
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse management experience with 2+ years in leadership
- OSHA 30 certification or equivalent safety credentials
- Proficiency in WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) like SAP or Oracle
- Strong analytical skills with experience in process optimization
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Operations Management preferred
- Forklift certification and heavy equipment experience
- Proven ability to manage budgets and reduce operational waste
