- Operate and maintain company-provided warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts, conveyor systems)
- Perform routine equipment inspections and preventative maintenance
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and coordinate repairs with vendor partners
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols while handling equipment
- Document maintenance activities using digital tracking systems
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to optimize equipment usage
- Participate in quarterly safety training sessions
Qualifications
- No degree required – hands-on experience valued
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain one
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Reliable transportation to Plano facility
- Ability to work flexible shifts including occasional weekends
