Responsibilities
- Operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with provided training
- Load/unload shipments efficiently while maintaining inventory accuracy
- Perform daily equipment safety checks and maintenance reports
- Collaborate with team to meet daily warehouse productivity goals
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Assist with inventory management and organization tasks
- Maintain clean, organized workspace in compliance with regulations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (no degree required)
- Ability to operate warehouse machinery after paid training
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Valid California driver's license preferred
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- No prior warehouse experience necessary – we train!
