- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
- Load/unload shipments with proper equipment handling techniques
- Maintain organized inventory using provided scanning tools
- Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow
- Document daily operations using provided digital systems
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred (not required)
- Valid forklift certification (provided upon hire if needed)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with provided equipment assistance
- Basic math and inventory tracking skills
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
- Reliable transportation to Toledo facility
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
