Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload trucks using material handling equipment
- Sort, scan, and package inventory with accuracy
- Maintain organized stock locations and inventory counts
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (certification provided)
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets
- Conduct quality checks on incoming/outgoing shipments
Qualifications
- No degree required – high school diploma/GED preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
