Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) after completing paid certification training
- Manage inventory using barcode scanning and digital tracking systems
- Ensure accurate order fulfillment and shipping documentation
- Maintain clean, organized workspace following OSHA safety standards
- Participate in cross-functional team projects to optimize warehouse operations
- Track and report productivity metrics during training and regular shifts
Qualifications
- No degree required – high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills
