Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory with precision and speed.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment efficiently to meet daily targets.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area to ensure compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist in inventory audits and cycle counts to ensure data accuracy.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve logistical challenges.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with handheld scanners is a plus.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Valid driver’s license is preferred but not mandatory.
