Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship products using RF scanners
- Maintain accurate inventory records in WMS systemsOperate forklifts and pallet jacks safely (certification provided)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targetsAdhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Perform quality checks on outgoing shipments
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy (email, data entry)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable transportation to our Fresno facility
- Pass pre-employment background check
- Positive attitude and team player mentality
- Willingness to work flexible hours (including weekends)
