Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and unload incoming shipments with accuracy and speed.
- Sort, stock, and organize inventory using our state-of-the-art warehouse management system.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Process and prepare customer orders for shipment, ensuring 100% accuracy.
- Assist in inventory counts and report discrepancies immediately.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse experience or logistics background is a plus but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse software quickly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
