Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
- Load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in strict compliance with OSHA standards.
- Process returns and manage inventory discrepancies accurately using WMS.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to update stock levels in real-time.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize daily workflows and meet production targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; previous warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in a warehouse setting.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Forklift certification (preferred but willing to train reliable candidates).
