Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship goods in a temperature-controlled warehouse environment
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment following OSHA safety protocols
- Maintain accurate inventory counts using warehouse management systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Conduct quality inspections on incoming and outgoing shipments
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Must relocate to Laredo, TX within 30 days of hire
