Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise to ensure accuracy and inventory integrity.
- Package and label products for shipment using proper materials and techniques to prevent damage.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Perform daily cycle counts and assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
- Load and unload trucks using hand trucks and pallet jacks, adhering to weight limits.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with barcode scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Valid driver’s license is a plus but not required.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
