Responsibilities
- Accurately process incoming and outgoing shipments using barcode scanners and inventory systems
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Maintain clean and organized storage areas to optimize workflow efficiency
- Perform quality control checks on products before shipment
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Assist in physical inventory counts and cycle counts
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Previous warehouse experience a plus but not mandatory
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
