Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials within the facility safely and efficiently.
- Prepare products for shipment using appropriate packing, labeling, and documentation methods.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, following all safety protocols.
- Perform regular inventory counts and quality checks to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and quotas.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn warehouse management software.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- High school diploma or GED preferred; equivalent experience considered.
