Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and stage orders for shipping to meet daily targets.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and scanners safely.
- Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure accurate inventory.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant workspace.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve workflow bottlenecks.
- Load and unload trucks while adhering to all safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn scanning software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail with high accuracy standards.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality record.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
