Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual labor.
- Package and prepare shipments for delivery to customers in a timely manner.
- Conduct daily inventory checks and maintain accurate records of stock levels.
- Ensure the warehouse facility is clean, organized, and safe for all employees.
- Operate scanning equipment and computer systems to process orders efficiently.
- Assist in quality control checks to ensure products meet company standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or a similar role is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse management software.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime when necessary.
