Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and move products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Inventory Management: Verify incoming shipments, count stock, and update inventory records with precision.
- Packing & Shipping: Pack items securely for local and regional delivery, ensuring all shipping labels are accurate.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and report any discrepancies to the shift supervisor immediately.
- Collaboration: Work effectively with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and strong math skills for inventory counting.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Transportation: Reliable personal transportation is required.
