Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products safely and efficiently using pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy, damage, and correct documentation.
- Organize and maintain warehouse inventory to ensure maximum storage efficiency.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and quality standards.
- Package goods securely for shipping to various locations using appropriate materials.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately to management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift without injury.
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate scanning equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and walk on various surfaces.
