Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and stage merchandise for shipment using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse floor to ensure safety compliance (OSHA standards).
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Load and unload trailers in a timely manner, adhering to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity goals and quotas.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required (training provided).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with barcode scanners.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
